Our Premium Mailbox Service or Virtual Business Address lets you create a business address that suits your business needs, whether this is a Unit, Suite or Department.

The service starts from just £6 per month for a two year contract but if you are looking for a more flexible option you may wish to consider a three month contract at only £12 per month.

PRIVATE MAILBOX RENTAL

Our standard mailbox or private mailbox start from only £7 a month for a 12 month contract, £10 a month for a three month contract and a month by month contract at only £12 a month.

Unlike most mailbox providers we allow up to 2 names per mailbox and each additional name is only £2 per month. Our registration fee at £15 per mailbox is also the cheapest in South Wales and with the additional bonus of ample free parking.

Do you need a registered office address?

Every company registered with Companies House must have a Registered Office at which official documents can be served under the Companies Act of 1985 Section 287(1).

If you work from home you may prefer your personal address to not appear on your letter head or being on official records.

The Registered Office does not need to be your main place of business. Only official correspondence from Companies House, Her Majesties Revenue & Customs and other official departments will be accepted.

You can use Apex House for all your mail needs and this can be done by subscribing to our Mailbox Rental or Virtual Business Address. To use Apex House as your registered office there is an additional fee of £25 per year, or FREE with any 12 month mailbox contract.
