Mailbox Rental

Our standard mailbox services start from less than £5 a month for a 12 month contract, making them far more competitive. Our standard service also allows the option of month by month contracts at only £8 a month, giving you greater flexibility over your financial commitments.

Setup of your mailbox service is quick and easy, simply print and mail or scan in and email the completed application form and we will process it without delay.

Personal Rental

Our personal mailbox rental is perfect for those who are in need of an alternative address. Whether you live in shared accommodation, currently reside in a temporary residence or receive regular items requiring a signature, CSBS has your needs covered.

Business Mailing Service

Our business mailing addresses allow you to present a physical address in an non residential building, giving your small business greater credibility and added professionalism. One of our business addresses can also enable you to:

• Have a dedicated mailing address on your stationery / website.
• Gain extra privacy for your home business.
• Create the impression you work out of several locations.

Simply have your mail forwarded to you on demand when you want it. Or if you're local come pick it up and make use of our ample free parking facilities.

Registered Office Service

If you wish you can use your mailbox as your companies registered address. This does not need to be your primary place of business. Only official letters from the Inland Revenue and/or Companies House or other official departments will be accepted.

To use our prestigious business mailing address as your registered office address there is an additional fee of £25 per year, or get it FREE with any 12 month mailbox rental contract on our Gold Service or Premier Service .
